These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Wish Link ("the App") provided by giltz Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Account Registration

1. To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account.
2. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Use the App for any commercial purposes without our consent
• Collect or harvest user data without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity

4. User Content

1. You retain ownership of content you create or upload to the App (bookmarks, notes, etc.).
2. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App.
3. You are solely responsible for the content you save or share through the App.

5. Account Deletion

1. In-App Deletion: Go to "Profile" and tap "Delete Account" within the App.
2. Email Request: If you cannot delete your account through the App, send an email to admin@giltz.co from your registered email address requesting account deletion. We will complete the deletion within 7 business days.

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• Account information (email address, username)
• All saved bookmarks
• Created collections
• Notes and category settings

Note: Deleted data cannot be recovered.

6. Intellectual Property

1. The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by giltz Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
